No, we do not install gutter guards or covers nor do we recommend them. In our professional opinion, we have not found a system that works effectively, and we find that debris will usually find a way inside your gutters causing traditional cleanings to become difficult, if not impossible. Instead, we recommend annual or bi-annual cleanings to ensure your gutters are cleaned and in working order.
We hand scoop out the debris and bucket the gutter contents and dispose in either a wooded area on your property or take off-site if no such area exists for a small fee. We clear out any downspouts and inspect your gutters to ensure that they function as they should. We also clear any valleys or roofs of debris if requested.
No, we do not flush out gutters but rather snake out any clogged downspouts with a metal snake. We inspect all downspouts to ensure there are no clogs and they are in working order.
Since it is not necessary to flush the gutters, we do not need access to outside water.
Spring gutter cleanings typically happen in the June to early July time frame.
Fall cleanings take place in the November / December time frame.
No, we are generally very neat and bucket our debris so we will not interfere with the scheduling of your fall cleanup.
